How it works: from booking to finish

General remark

• In principle, the person who booked is the person who is treated.

• If you book for another person, I need the following information of that person: name, phone number and email address. Without this information, no person is allowed to enter my spa.

• Do you have respiratory problems like: sneezing, coughing or a runny nose? Please delay the treatment until you feel better.

• Occasionally people want to be massaged with a skin condition such as: shingles, ringworm, chicken pox, fungus or bumps. If you have such an ailment, I unfortunately cannot massage you. It is best to visit a doctor.

• If you wear a medical device on your body, please inform me in advance so that I can take this into account with the massage.

• Filming, photographing, or recording sound is not permitted in Anna Health Spa. Please remove your smart glasses before entering.

• In the massage room, there is a locker where your belongings are stored. You will receive a wristband with the key during the treatment.

Make an appointment

• I work by appointment only. With your appointment I reserve time for you and prepare the massage.

• You can book up to 2 hours before the massage will start

• I ask you to transfer 20% of the amount in advance. The rest of the amount you pay on the spot.

• A massage can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. The deposit will be refunded.

• If you cancel within 24 hours in advance or do not show up, you only have to pay the deposit.

• You can cancel via the link in the confirmation email.

Arrival:

• You can easily reach us by public transport, bicycle and car.

• Make sure you arrive at the time of appointment

• You will be picked up at the entrance of the building

• Only the person who is going to be massaged will be allowed in

• You will receive a nice cup of tea upon arrival

• All your personal belongings go safely in the locker. This includes items such as: clothing, jewelry, watch, phone, camera, and audio equipment. You will receive a wristband with the key to the locker.

Massage:

• The massage starts at the agreed time. If you arrive later, it will be at the expense of the duration of the treatment.

• The massages have no erotic or sexual intentions.

• You are not allowed to film or take photographs during the massage.

After the massage

• You will be taken to the exit of the building

Inappropriate behavior

• You are expected to behave neatly and politely.

• In case of inappropriate behavior I reserve the right to refuse or terminate the treatment. The 20% deposit will not be returned.

• Inappropriate behavior means:

  • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Aggressive behavior

  • Inappropriately touching the masseuse

  • Request to perform sexual acts
